Nói is reported on a 0–200 scale and in 10-point increments. There is no total score across Nói and Viết.

Questions 1–10 (first four task types): rated on a 0–3 scale.
Question 11 (Express an opinion): rated on a 0–5 scale.
Conversion: the sum of all task ratings is converted to a scaled score of 0–200.

ETS provides proficiency descriptors by scaled score ranges (e.g., 190–200, 160–180, and so on) in the official score descriptor document.
