How a DET mock test runs
Each skill can be taken on its own. Once all four are done you get an estimated overall score.
Read and Complete, Read and Select, Fill in the Blanks, Interactive Reading.
Dictation and two interactive conversations.
Three photos, a two-part prompt and the Writing Sample.
One recording per answer, scored on content, fluency and pronunciation.
An estimated overall score and eight subscores - Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking, Literacy, Comprehension, Conversation and Production - all on the 10-160 scale, plus the answers and model responses for every task.
Duolingo English Test mock tests
