What is included in a full IELTS mock test

Every mock test mirrors the real exam - the same four skills in the same order, the same question types and the same clock. The 2026 move to computer delivery did not change any of it.

Listening in the mock test

The mock test opens with Listening: 40 questions in four parts, played once, from an everyday conversation through to an academic monologue. Word limits and spelling are marked exactly as the real test marks them, so an answer that breaks the instruction scores zero here too.

IELTS mock tests

Each mock test covers all four skills with the same question types and timings as the real IELTS exam: 30 minutes of Listening, 60 minutes of Reading, 60 minutes of Writing and an 11-14 minute Speaking test in three parts. The 2026 change to IELTS was a delivery change, not a format change - paper-based testing ends in most markets from mid-2026 and everything moves to computer, while the skills, question types, timings and 0-9 band scale stay exactly as they were. You can take the full test end to end or open just one skill if that is what you want to focus on, and every section is scored automatically the moment you finish, with a full breakdown. Yes, and there was less to update than most people expect. The 2026 change was a delivery change: from mid-2026 IELTS is no longer offered on paper in most markets and is taken on computer, with 27 June 2026 the final paper-based test date in most countries. The skills, question types, timings and 0-9 band scale did not change, so our mock tests already match the current exam - and being screen-based, they rehearse the format everyone now sits.
